Building on the insights from the screening, TPI Fitness Level 2 goes deeper into creating a golf-specific fitness plan tailored to your personal goals, performance level, and physical profile. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all workout — it’s a performance-focused program designed specifically for golfers.
You’ll receive periodized training phases that match your golf season (off-season, pre-season, in-season, and recovery) and include strength training, mobility work, power development, and recovery strategies. Each session is structured to improve your body’s ability to generate more clubhead speed, maintain control throughout your swing, and prevent common golf injuries — especially in areas like the lower back, shoulders, and hips.
